The MetaLife philosophy
FUN Bring back fun to fighting. Meter makers should listen to the people and not enforce their view on them DEPTH Give more depth to combat. This makes life more interesting and encourages the development of real fighting skills BALANCE-VARIETY-LEGALITY Allow a huge variety of weapon stats, but balance them against each other; enforce severe legality checks (this gives maximal freedom to the creativity of weapon makers while making sure their products are legal) PROGRESS AND CONTINUITY Existing weapons and weapon protocols integrate seamlessly with weapons that use ML enhancements FLEXIBILITY Many features can be adjusted to the demands of sims. This will increase even more in the future
